HAS BEEN FEATURED IN:
A BALANCED APPROACH TO TECHNOLOGY USE AND SCREENTIME
Course Starts In...
Socially Ready: A 3-week program designed to teach kids the pros and cons of technology and social media use.
The goal of the program is to help kids self-monitor because no matter how vigilant you are as a parent; you can’t be with them 24/7. 📱
Do you punish or teach?📵
Let’s be proactive and educate kids rather than reactive and punish them when they get in trouble online. We can’t expect kids to know how to responsibly use technology and social media.
We have to teach them. 👩🏫
Social media is here to stay. It is something that your child will continue to use and be exposed to for the rest of their life. Let’s set them up for success early and give them skills they can use now and in the future.
Worried that your kid won’t want to join…don’t be. I know how to make lessons fun and engaging. This is not a boring school lecture. This is a fun experience with activities and discussion.
The giveaways help too! 😜

What Clients Say About Dr. Courtney Conley
“My daughter Makayla started working with Courtney three months ago because she was struggling with anxiety and some interpersonal issues that were affecting her socially and academically. She has been seeing Courtney weekly and I have seen tremendous growth. Makayla has been able to implement skills that she's been taught to help cope with and manage her emotions more effectively, in addition to seeing herself in a healthier and more optimistic way. I am so happy we found Courtney. Makayla looks forward to her Tuesday session every week!”
“I’ve been working with my Courtney for about 3 months now and I look forward to my sessions with her because not only is she so kind and welcoming, but she has been able to relay skills and information to me that I’ve been able to use in my life. I feel that I can talk to her and she will not judge me for the things that I say or go through. Courtney has really impacted me in ways that I will never forget!”
